The Project

An Integrated Energy and Data Center Campus

Water Oak is a large-scale Energy Park and data center campus under development at Jumonville Farms, pairing on-site gas and solar generation with a hyperscale data center campus. The project is advanced through ONE Nuclear Energy’s integrated development platform, with Amino serving as data-center and technology partner.

Forward-looking development concepts described on this page represent potential — not guaranteed — future capacity. All development is subject to diligence, permitting, interconnection and market conditions.
